What Is Whole-In-One-Wellness?

The human being is sensitive, especially in distress. It is the strategy of Whole-in-One-Wellness to treat the whole person, rather than just a symptom.
Whole-in-One-Wellness emphasizes alignment and balance in body, mind and spirit. It addresses not only the physical but also the emotional factors of stress and bodily strain. Dr. Garth Edgar was a practicing Chiropractor for 32 years and is qualified in Cranio-Sacral and other energy-work modalities. Using combinations of these for adjusting and relaxing the stressed area(s) can be an effective treatment.

What Is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral therapy is a form of alternative therapy that uses a gentle hands-on treatment to enhance movement of fluids in the cranium and the central nervous system. The craniosacral rhythm is the natural ebb and flow of the cerebrospinal fluid of the brain.
Cranio-sacral therapy is feeling into and supporting and guiding this rhythm into a relaxed state by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity

Positional Challenge (Biokinesiology)

Positional Challenge is a natural biofeedback mechanism to assess positional, postural and alignment adaptations before and after treatment.  The muscle test gives either a strong affirmative response to pressure or a weak one. Using specific yes/no questions on a cleared muscle will read out the body’s response.  The body doesn’t lie about its response, which often is not what is consciously thought—the mind will respond readily to what it wants or is afraid of which can cause confusion in diagnosis. Muscle testing bypasses the mind, avoiding this.

What Is RSI (Repetitive Stress Injury)?

Pain and disease are the. result of stress, either acute (as in a fall or accident) or from repetitive motion. Repetitive stress, such as using one side of the body too much when performing tasks (i.e. gardening, lifting), causes that side of the body to be overworked and become tired.  Though appearing strong and muscular, the overworked side is tight, cramped up and becomes unable to do what it is asked to do. Repetitive stress, from any source, if unresolved, holds tension in the body leading to dysfunction and disease.

My interests

In addition to my interest in the many facets of healing and human physiology, I am also an author, a painter and a musician. Please visit my YouTube Channel to see more.
There are several videos of me playing songs from my album "White Raven's Moon Ceremony", the gopichand and reading poetry, amongst other things.
